The Basic Medical Sciences Library located at Ikenne-Remo was established in the year 2004 and serves the staff and students of the Faculty. The library holdings/collection is put at Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy-One (1,771) volumes comprising of textbooks, reserved books, monographs, reports, conference proceedings and reference materials. 

The Library has five hundred and twelve (512) journal titles of one thousand one hundred and two (1,102) volumes of journals. The seating capacity of the Library is one hundred and forty-three (143) readers at a time.
